I’ve been really hesitant to talk about this HUGE thing that I have going on right now- because well, its personal.  I’ve been SO excited, and SO passionate about this thing- that I’ve almost been afraid to share it.  I’ve been afraid that people will be negative, that people won’t understand, and for some reason, what scares me the most is that people won’t really care.  I’ve been praying for something like this for a long time, and waiting and waiting, and finally, I feel like God has opened a door for my family, for myself and all my passions and dreams.  I’ve been slowly learning behind the scenes, taking it all in and gaining my strength and I feel that I am ready to share it with the world, this passion and dream that I am jumping into.

I am starting a new business with Rodan and Fields.  Who? What?  I know, I know… let me explain.

Many of you know that I was an Independent Consultant with another company for about 6 years.  I had great success with them a few years back when I was in California and building a team.  Through the last few years of moving a few times, marriage and a baby my business took a back seat.  The industry and the company changed during my time away, as well as my personal needs and goals.

The main thing that changed was my skincare needs.  Through pregnancy, and after having a baby my problems with acne have become more severe through all of my hormonal in balance.  I needed something more, something stronger- I needed the great botanicals but I also need some medication to get the problem under control.

I found Rodan and Fields Dermatologists and I was attracted to the product because I knew it was a dermatologist line, and I was interested in getting these kind of products without having the costs of going to actually see a dermatologist.

I’ve been using the products for about a month now, and I can tell you I am seeing AMAZING results.  My pores are smaller, my breakouts are gone,  the texture of my skin has totally changed and given me a new look!  I’ve been using only one of four product lines, and it has been amazing!

I’ve been in network marketing awhile now, and I’ve always been interested in educating myself on the industry, and what opportunities are popping up!  I found Rodan and Fields and after looking at the company and compensation plan, I thought I HAD to be mistaken.  How could this be?  It is THAT fantastic, and THAT good.

Let me tell you a few things that really caught my attention about this company:

Dr. Rodan and Dr. Fields are two of the most highly recognized doctors in the business.  They are the creators of Proactiv Solution (Ever heard of it!? )

The product line has been developed in the same treatment protocols the doctors use in the practices.  The focus is on treating common skincare concerns….what they call ‘bringing the dermatology office into the home.’  It’s such a great idea.

Since Rodan and Fields launched in 2002, there has been a huge community interest to be part of the team.  That resulted in Rodan and Fields making the decision in 2007 to be the first prestige skincare brand to exit retail (mainly high end department stores like Nordstroms and Saks) and enter direct sales.  And during the soft launch, over 2,000 Consultant signed up across the U.S. and that was before they even put out their competitive compensation plan!

So… they have quality products that create results, developed by two highly respected MD’s, a brand name that people know and love, a comp plan that really rewards part time or full time efforts, and the opportunity to be first as the company expands across the U.S.

So- there is SO much to say, that telling you about it all right now will just be TOO much (it’s already a REALLY long post!) But here is what will be coming-
